Why pilgrims stay with us

The awkward parts, taken care of.

Everyone offers a car. What actually goes wrong on Umrah is the 3am landing, the delayed flight, the driver who has never heard of your hotel, and the price that changes when you get in.

Nothing to pay until you arrive

No deposit, no card details, no booking fee. We quote a fixed price on WhatsApp, you pay your driver at the door. If your plans change, tell us — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

We watch your flight, not the clock

Give us your flight number and our dispatch tracks it. Land five hours late at three in the morning and your driver is still there, at the same fare. Delays are our problem, not yours.

Miqat stops built into the fare

Every Madinah to Makkah transfer includes a free 30–45 minute stop at Abyar Ali. Your driver knows where the ghusl facilities are and will not hurry you back to the car.

Licensed drivers who know the Haram

TGA-registered vehicles, insured passengers, and drivers who know which hotel entrances are inside the restricted zone and where they are actually allowed to stop at 2am.

The fleet

Five vehicles. Pick by people and bags.

Every fare on this site is quoted per vehicle. Two people or eleven, the price is the price.

Toyota Camry / Hyundai Sonata

The everyday workhorse of the Haramain road — a Camry or a Sonata depending on the day. Quiet, economical and more than enough for a couple or a small family.

How booking works

Three steps, no app to install.

We deliberately kept this on WhatsApp. It is what pilgrims already have open, it works on hotel wifi, and it leaves you a written record of the price you agreed.

01

Send one message

Use the form above and WhatsApp opens with your route, date, passengers and luggage already written out. Or just message us in your own words — that works too.

02

Get a fixed price back

Usually within two minutes, day or night. One number for the whole vehicle, with the driver's name and car sent the evening before you travel.

03

Meet your driver, pay on arrival

He is at the arrivals gate with your name, or in the hotel lobby at the agreed time. Cash in SAR, USD, GBP or EUR, or card. Exactly the number you were quoted.

Miqat transfers

The stop nobody should
be rushed through.

Entering ihram is not a pit stop. Our drivers park, tell you where the ghusl facilities are, and wait — thirty minutes, forty-five, however long it takes you to change, pray two rak'ahs and make your niyyah properly.

On the Madinah to Makkah run, the Abyar Ali stop is already inside the fare. From Makkah we run round trips to Masjid Aisha at Taneem and Masjid Ji'ranah all night, with the waiting time included.

  • Abyar Ali (Dhul Hulayfah)
  • Masjid Aisha (Taneem)
  • Masjid Ji'ranah
  • Qarn al-Manazil (Al-Sail)
  • Yalamlam
  • Al-Juhfah (Rabigh)

What the Miqat stop actually looks like

  1. 1Driver parks and points the wayHe knows which entrance has the washing facilities, and which side the ladies' section is on.
  2. 2You take as long as you takeGhusl, ihram, two rak'ahs, niyyah. Nobody is standing by the car flashing the headlights.
  3. 3He is where you left himSame spot, same car. Message him if you cannot find it — his number is in your WhatsApp thread.

Tell us your preferred language when booking — between our drivers we cover English, العربية, اردو, Bahasa, Türkçe.

Every review below is from a real transfer. We do not delete the awkward ones — if a driver was late, we would rather you knew we say so.

Jeddah Airport → Makkah
We landed at 2:40am with three sleeping children and a broken pram. The driver was already inside arrivals with our name. He took the trolley, folded the pram into the boot without being asked, and we were at the hotel by four. Exactly the fare we agreed on WhatsApp a week earlier.

Madinah → Makkah
The Abyar Ali stop was the part I was most nervous about. Our driver parked, pointed out exactly where the ghusl facilities were, and told us to take our time. We took nearly an hour. He was standing in the same spot smiling when we came out.

Makkah Ziyarat Tour
I have read the Sirah for thirty years and never stood in these places. Our driver knew every site and answered questions the whole way round. He waited an extra forty minutes at Jabal al-Nur while my son climbed. No fuss, no extra charge.

Makkah → Madinah
Travelling with my mother who uses a wheelchair. I asked a lot of questions before booking and got a straight answer to every one. The Staria was the right call — she got in and out without help. Four and a half hours and she was comfortable the whole way.

Masjid Aisha Miqat
Second Umrah of the trip. Booked the Taneem run at 11pm on WhatsApp, car was outside the hotel in twenty minutes. Driver waited while we changed and prayed, then dropped us right back at the Haram. 100 riyals, exactly as quoted.

Jeddah Airport → Madinah
Our flight was delayed five hours and I fully expected to be charged extra or abandoned. Neither happened. They messaged me while we were still on the tarmac to say the driver had been updated. Four hours to Madinah with a proper rest stop halfway.

Questions

Everything pilgrims ask us.

If your question is not here, message dispatch — a person answers, at any hour.

Everything happens on WhatsApp. Use the booking form on this site to build your trip — it opens WhatsApp with all your details already written out — or just message us directly. We reply with a fixed quote, usually within a couple of minutes. There is no app to install and no account to create.

No. You pay your driver when you arrive at your destination, in cash or by card. We do not take card details, we do not take deposits, and there is nothing to cancel if your plans change.

Fixed, always, and agreed before your journey starts. The price we quote on WhatsApp is the price you pay — there is no meter, no surge pricing, no night surcharge and no per-bag fee. It is a price for the whole vehicle, not per person.

We track the flight number you give us. If you land three hours late, your driver arrives three hours late, and the fare does not change. This is included on every airport transfer at no cost.

Saudi Riyals are easiest. We also accept USD, GBP and EUR in cash at a fair rate, and most of our drivers carry a card machine. Agree the currency on WhatsApp before you travel so there are no surprises.

Yes. On Madinah to Makkah journeys the Abyar Ali stop is free and included, with 30 to 45 minutes of waiting time. From Jeddah Airport we can route via a Miqat point at no extra charge. Round trips from Makkah to Masjid Aisha or Ji'ranah are priced separately and include the waiting time.

Between our drivers we cover English, Arabic, Urdu, Bahasa and Turkish. Tell us your preference when you book and we will assign accordingly where we can.

Yes to all three. Child seats are free on request but we need to know in advance. For wheelchairs the Staria or HiAce is the right choice — mention it when booking and we will make sure the vehicle suits.

Yes. Our vehicles and drivers are registered with the Saudi Transport General Authority (TGA) for commercial passenger transport, and every vehicle is insured for passengers.

For airport pickups, a day or two ahead is ideal so we can lock in the flight tracking. For everything else a few hours is usually enough, and we run 24 hours a day for short-notice trips.
