Our story
It started with one bad airport pickup.
Every pilgrim has a version of the same story. You land at Jeddah at two in the morning after fourteen hours in the air, with elderly parents, a pram and four suitcases. Somebody quotes you a number. By the time you reach Makkah it has become a different number. You pay it, because it is three in the morning and you want to sleep.
Alhamd Transport was put together by people who had that journey and decided the fix was boring rather than clever: agree the price in writing before anyone gets in the car, and then honour it. That is genuinely the whole idea. Everything else — the flight tracking, the Miqat waiting time, the name card at the gate — follows from taking that first promise seriously.
We deliberately kept booking on WhatsApp rather than building an app. Pilgrims already have it. It works on hotel wifi and on a Saudi SIM bought at the airport. Most importantly, it leaves both of us with a written record of what was agreed. An app would have been a worse product with a better pitch deck.
Today we run 5 vehicle classes across 19 published routes, from a 16 km Miqat run at Taneem to the nine-hour crossing to Riyadh. Our drivers are the same people year after year, which matters more than the badge on the car — they know which hotel entrances are inside the restricted zone and where a Coaster can actually turn around at 2am.

Four things we will not bend on.
The quoted price is the final price
It is written down in your WhatsApp thread before you travel. No driver of ours has ever been authorised to ask for more at the destination, and if one ever does, tell us and we will refund the difference the same day.
A delay is our problem
We track your flight. We do not charge waiting fees for something you could not control, and we do not release your driver to another job because you were late through immigration.
Licensed, insured, accountable
TGA-registered vehicles and drivers, passenger insurance on every seat, and a dispatch number that a human answers at four in the morning.
You will be understood
Between our drivers we speak English, Arabic, Urdu, Bahasa and Turkish. Tell us your preference and we will match you where we can.
