About this journey
What the drive is actually like
Getting out of central Makkah is slower than getting in — the roads around the Haram tighten badly after every prayer, and hotel loading bays queue up. We plan backwards from your flight time, not forwards from your alarm clock, and we will tell you honestly what time we need to leave the hotel.
The default is a pickup that puts you at the terminal three hours before an international departure. If you would rather leave earlier, we will happily do it. Your driver comes to the hotel lobby, calls when he is outside, and loads the bags himself.
If you are checking out of one hotel and flying much later, ask about our hourly waiting rate — it is often cheaper than two separate transfers.
